Position Summary:

RSI Content Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of US based company, Orbis Technologies, Inc. provides Content Management Systems products, platforms and custom software development services and consulting support to companies around the world. RSI has helped over 250 global organizations implement appropriate content management solutions.

RSI is looking for an experienced IT business development professional, to support its sales & marketing activities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sales activity independently
• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
• Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
• Make prospecting calls and send emails
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients
• Give live product demos to customers
• Work on RFI/RFQs/ and other proposals
• Building leads pipeline by executing marketing campaigns
• Generate new leads and set F2F / Telephonic appointments for the Onsite Sales Managers, within defined territory, for specific lines of business, through various calling campaigns
• Works closely with Global Sales Managers to qualify prospects, coordinate meetings, and drive new opportunities
• Develop new relationships of key decision makers in prospective customers
• Working with Global Sales and Marketing teams to create a consistent client message
• Responsible for all aspects of the inside sales process – identify, qualify and generate qualified leads and meetings
• Responsible for Weekly/Monthly leads/demo / webcast targets
• Maintain the database and history in CRM
• Provide product information to prospective customers in clear and concise manner/format (such as PowerPoint and product demos)
• Provide detailed product information and make presentations for the same

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:

• MBA or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
• Minimum 4+ years in a business development role
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in IT services/products/solutions domain
• B2B business development & Inside Sales experience
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency
• Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
• Experience in Cold Calling, Business Development and Lead Generation via Phone, Email and Web.
• Exposure to US & Europe, APAC lead generation services
• Experience in business proposal writing and ability to crystalize the client requirements & craft a suitable techno-functional solution

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• A basic understanding about the publishing /content industry would be a definite plus
• Familiarity with social media marketing
• Candidates with IT/Engineering degree with MBA preferred but not mandatory
• A team player, someone comfortable in a highly collaborative, team-oriented culture.

This is a full-time, on-site, exempt position with hours of operations from Monday to Friday, between 9:30am to 6pm.
